Navigation icons always open gallery app

At the bottom of the screen when an app is open, there's the row of icons for your favourite apps. Since the upgrade to OneUI 6, the Outlook and X(Twitter) icons at the bottom always open the gallery app instead. Has anyone got a fix for this?
