No Spen in included with my Tab S9 FE+

I've recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy tab S9 FE+ from optus shop and the product is amazing but 2 months later I decided to get a case and a saw a slot for what seemed to be a rod so I searched online just to find out that my tablet never had a spen. I also purchased a black bookcover keyboard case on the samsung shop app but it has never arrived and I have no proof of purchase it just took my money no records no emails nothing it just took my money. I expected better from samsung I just want the spen and the bookcover keyboard case that I've purchased. Has this happened to you before

Generally speaking you should go through Optus for the pen. If the case was bought through Samsung Store then contact them. Otherwise on the nain Community page top right search under key words like missing, warranty, Australian government warranty, consumer affairs. Also bottom right of Community page click on support during working hours and contact using the phone contact option for the bookcover keyboard issue. If you have any details on the purchase including a bank account payment have these available.

Didn't you notice the spen on the box cover art?
And yes, the Spen should be in the box.
Was it sealed when you got it?

Yes it was sealed but the pen wasn't in its box i was able to get the bookcover keyboard case so I don't need help with the keyboard case
