TabletsI just purchased a SM-X205 and found that I can't get it to detect a USB via OTG.
Samsung says the tablet doesn't support it but various apps says it does.
Does anyone know if I can get the thing to detect and access a USB via OTG?

Tablets1st is via an OTG adaptor/cable.
2nd way requires an OTG USB key.
The USB key also needs to be formatted with Fat32.

TabletsHi @Davros, thanks for reaching out.
Have you checked whether it is detected in My Files?
If it does not appear, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
