S9+ navigation bar blocks post button for stories on instagram app

When trying to post a story with 2 or more pics on the instagram app (via 'share' from the gallery)

, the navigation bar covers the post button, so you can't post.

I use gestures, so not sure what options you have.
Part of the problem is that Instagram isn't optimised for Tablets.

Does this issue occur when in portrait mode?
If you hide the Task bar, does that shift the nav icons?

Isn't there an option to have the navigation bar on the side or top hide it.
Is this a problem in portrait mode as well
