Is there any way at all that I can have my screen NOT timeout on my galaxy S9fe+ tablet when playing youtube music. I generally play music for a good couple of hours.

You may need to change YouTube Music background behaviour rather then the Tablets screen time out time.

Open Settings -> Apps -> YouTube Music -> Battery select "Unrestricted"

This should keep the app running 24/7 in the background as long as you don't swipe to close it.
