Okay lang ba na 1 week na yung Tablet ko iniwan sa kanila pero wala ako na tatanggap na updates email or text? Sabi naman din kasi mag uupdates daw sila. 

Medyo nag ooverthink lang. Haha 🤣🤣

Meron po dapat yan about the status. Pina collect nyo ba? Sa akin panay update kapag may pinagawa ako like the S23 ultra broken screen. Isang kibot may msg. Pwede din sa support section netong app. Dito ko na pinadadaan lahat kung may service request ako. And yes they get it from my place.
