Tab a9 lte issue after restart

Ako lang ba yung nakakarananas sa tab a9 yung "system UI not responding" after restarting or after boot up?

Pag naman pinipindot ko yung "wait" is walang tigil sya mag popup, like after a few seconds mag popup na naman if i keep tapping the "wait" button

If i tap "close" naman the tab will be turn into black screen 

and to the point na it's unusable sya like 2 to 3 minutes then after non is okay na sya afterwards
