Generally happy with the tablet. However,  the clock is definitely 3 minutes fast. I have previously reported this to Samsung but got no reply.

Also, in the clock, how come I can't enter UTC/ Greenwich Mean Time as a "city"?

Thanks

Hi @Phrainc, you may have the 'automatic date and time' setting on, which would adjust your clock based on your network. To change the time manually, please follow these steps:

- Tap on Settings app > General management > Date and time > toggle off Automatic date and time.

- Select time zone: in your case would be Australia for region, Sydney for time zone (as Melbourne is also GMT+10:00)

This should fix your clock. However if it is still 3 minutes fast, you can change it manually through Set time in the Date and time page.

Hope this helps :)

Hi Samsung Tina, Thank you for your prompt reply. And thank you for pointing me to Date and time setting. Interestingly, my setting was: Auto date and time "off". I changed it to "on" and that solved the problem. (Curiously the Select time zone was already set to "Australian Eastern Standard"!)

Could you please raise the issue of Samsung including Universal Coordinated Time in the clock app, as an option. My 2 year old Nokia 5.1 Plus (Android) has that option.

Thanks again.

Yours sincerely, Phrainc

Hi @Phrainc, I'm glad this is resolved! Thank you for your feedback about time options, we will be sure to pass it on internally to our production team. 😄
