Tab s9 keyboard not connecting

Hi Samsung.

My official Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 keyboard cover intermittently disconnects.

It is detected briefly, then stops working unless light pressure is applied near the hinge connector.

This appears to be an internal connection fault.

It was purchased online and received in August 2023.

Josh if its under warranty you can take to a service centre for them to have a look, get onto Samsung support with the chat bot for one nearest to your location
