I have been unable to resolve a problem I believe has been caused by an update to 6.1.1. Upon, starting up, there are two screens announcing UI 6.1.1 and all the AI features but when pushing the "next" button, I get a blank screen that ultimately times out as unreachable. I have restarted several times and the tablet will not connect to wifi or my phone SmartSwitch so I feel I am in a vicious circle of not being able to complete the update and unable to take back control of my tablet to revert to prior version etc......any tips community?
Google on how to use recovery mode. Then add back apps one at a time and once the issue recurs try deleting/reinstalling the last app.
Also read up on clearing caches, start with Community page, top right, search option, clear cache. Updates sometimes leave in old settings which create a bug.
