Virgin in flight TV

Guys on a recent flight I was unable to view the Virgin Australia in-flight movies, the service would load and show all movies etc but would not play, I'm using a S9FE. my Samsung phone worked ok, anyone have a fix for this? thanks

Try your phone. If that works then it is probably in your settings. Then Google.

Do you have a VPN turned on? This is what happenns to me fot iView and BBC depending on where my VPN server is located? Usually with a message but not always.

Same issue although I noted I could watch previews but not the movie
