Step 1. Position the devices as shown on the device sharing power. When the device is placed incorrectly on the charging surface, it may not charge properly. Make sure your device is placed in the center of the charging pad with no obstructions. The device's back should come in contact with the charger.

Step 2. Depending on the type of accessories or cover being used on your device, the Wireless PowerShare feature may not work properly. It is recommended to remove any accessories and protective phone covers before using this feature.

Step 3. If the remaining battery power on your device drops below a certain level, power sharing will stop.

Note: Only devices that support wireless charging can be charged using this feature. Charging speed or efficiency may vary depending on the device’s condition or surrounding environment.
