Get rid of Accessibility

I'm not tech savvy at all ^ I think I accessibility bumped accessibility button,that was 5 hours ago & I'm still doing it,I went into settings, accessibility etc but nothing I read off the net seems to work for me ,as net might say push off button top right corner etc,so I need someone to please help me get rid of it & put back my speech with HEY GOOGLE as it stopped working when I bumped that button,cheers

Have you tried checking Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings ?

You can remove the buttons settings there.
