If you’re new to the Members platform or if you’ve been here a while and are wanting to know how to get the best out of the Samsung Members platform, check out our tips below! 

• Head to our ‘Get help’ section to read our FAQ’s, run diagnostic tests on your device, register your products, get quick help through our text chat and remote support contacts and send us feedback. You’ll be able to find help for any technical question, query or concern you may need. 
• Engage with the community by posting on the Galaxy Gallery and interacting with other Member’s content. Samsung Members is a safe space for you to share your interests and connect with others.
• Stay up to date with the latest Samsung News in the ‘Notices’ and ‘News and Tips’ sections. You’ll find articles about current product releases, device features, and tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your Samsung products. 
• We love giving our Members the chance to win giveaways and get exclusive discounts. Stay tuned throughout the year to be in to win a range of prizes!

Being able to chat and use gallery photo throughout the community

I like the News and Tips section of Samsung Members 😊 it's always full of great advice to use our Samsung devices to their full capacity and potential. Another favourite is the Promotions section as it is always fun participating in the competitions to go in the draw for amazing Samsung products 😘❤

I like to look at all the amazing pictures people have posted from their new/old Samsung devices. I don’t currently have a Samsung phone but working towards getting myself one or hopefully I’m lucky winning a phone through your awesome Promotions.

What I do have is one of the old Samsung Zoom cameras I was fortunate to purchase a few years ago. It still takes amazing pictures and the quality of the pictures are still spot on.
