Smartthings and Aqara

I haven't been able to use Smartthings for anything so far, and I'm really hoping someone has a potential solution.

I have Aqara, Wiz, and Meross devices.

I can connect the devices to their Native apps, and connect those accounts to Smartthings, but Smartthingscan't find any of the devices.

Aqara is the priority.

What am I doing wrong?

I've gone through all troubleshooting I can find, and contacted my router provider for Client Isolation disabling, etc. and no joy.
