A had a problem, I had reduced the animation's speed, and when swiping from the bottom, it was kind of weird. A quick solution to that, turn of the animation speed, and within the developer options, set the animations to 0.5. That should be enough until Damsung decide what to do with it.

when swiping up from the recent apps it jumps a tab back it's kinda bugging me but I guess it makes sense because I'm trying to look at the other apps I have open not the one I'm on but it feels odd might come to like it

I get animation glitches when switching between apps either through the recent apps menu or through using gestures when using 0.5x animation speeds.

It is smooth to me. But also after the update I did cleared the cache partition.

leave the animator duration scale at 1x in developer options.
the others you can leave at .5x so far thats whats working for me.
