Beta 3 is OnePlus Fast

Beta 3 fixed all my gripes with the laggy animations and dropped frames, performance over everything and I love it. Setting animation speed to 0.75 through ADB makes it butter smooth while keeping the nice animations.

I get animation glitches when switching between apps either through the recent apps menu or through using gestures when using 0.5x animation speeds.

It only happens every now and then when switching through gestures for me, it switches to the wrong app and then corrects itself which is weird. But I haven't had any animation glitches on 0.75x

OnePlus firmware encoding is completely inept so that isn't really a compliment.
