I also noticed that RAM goes way down after the latest beta update. I found a very good app that really clears your memory and RAM well and it has ads, but it's free.

Then you want to bring up the settings by clicking on the top right settings icon and select adjust hyper cleanup:

Then select advanced adjustment:

This is what I have mine set to:

Then select others in the settings menu:

If you select the ones that I have checked it is a little faster to clean and continuous cleaning will cause it to keep cleaning and not just go 1 cycle, and you can keep tapping it when it is cleaning to get better cleaning.

I hope this helps anyone who reads this and you can use it as often as you want. I usually get at least 5.5 gb of memory free when I use it then use phone optimizer.

perhaps you have a rogue app. try putting whatever apps you're not currently using to sleep. or it could be a beta bug. go into device care and clean up the 3 options there. then I'd recommend clearing the cache partition of the device. really, anything but these no good apps. malware is also a huge issue with those kinds of apps
Tips
I've done everything you've suggested and I Uninstalled the app. I didn't know anything about malware and things like that. I just don't know what to do about my RAM being so low. My RAM gets down to between 1.5-1.7 and sometimes lower so I have used device care, it's on the screen of my phone as a widget, and I have went in and cleaned the stuff in device care also and cleared the cache partition. I usually, even when I do all that, only get like 4 gigs of RAM out of the 8 I have. I used to get at least 6, sometimes more. I will put the apps to sleep I'm not using and see if that helps. Thank you very much for your suggestions. I hope putting them to sleep will help.

honestly it's really not a problem. the OS takes up a nice chunk of the RAM so out of 8, out of the box you only have around 6. then you start adding apps and daily use, etc etc. if it's not making your device run slow, it's really nothing to worry about and if you didn't have this issue before beta, that's probably all it is. there's a saying in the Android world- "unused ram is wasted ram" lol. just make sure you close out apps you're not using, put them to sleep. and bloatware you have that you don't want/use disable or uninstall

Gotcha. Thank you very much for your help. Sometimes it is slowing my phone down, though, and I have a signal 📶 booster from my phone company, but putting the apps to sleep and uninstalling what I didn't use a lot seemed to help. I marked your comment as accept solution. God bless you and thank you very much.

I'm willing to bet if the O.P. will use an app like this...then there is a very good chance the phone is jacked from other similar apps. I usually don't suggest factory resets...but in this case...Factory reset that bad boy and stay away from cheesy apps.
