I got a Q600C sound bar last week it works great, but I have had a few issues and I'm pretty sure it's just due to me not having the settings correct.
One thing is it seems to want to switch from the TV ARC source to Hdmi on the soundbar by itself. This seems to happen whenever I swich between HDMI ports or change streaming platforms on fire stick.
Another issue I have noticed when watching tv shows or sport some channels will have a very big difference in sound. I do have sound active turned on.
I haven't really played around with the advanced sound set up so any advice on this would be great.
EDIT: It looks like Samsung released a firmware update for this issue for the Q600A? Is there any firmware update that will fix this for the Q600C?
