Cant install disney plus

I have a Samung AU8000 50 Tv which i cant install Disney plus on. The installation fails with Error 118016

All other apps work fine, netflix, youtube, prime etc. Disney plus works on out roku and other smart TV's. The TV has been factory reset countless times, different internet connections tries, different dns settings tried. Wired and wireless network connections tried. The TV's firmware has upgraded.

Looks like you have tried almost all possible options.

Saw some additional options in google, no hurt trying them.

1. Reset the Smart Hub

2. Also, have you tried connecting it to your mobile hotspot instead of your home wifi?
