Copy of purchase receipt

Problem.solved thanks to members for help and guidance much appreciated 

 I tried to call to ask for a copy of my purchase receipts of 8k tv and soundbar was told to leave a message and they will call back ...that was 6 weeks ago

Then I tried to go to online chat but there is no option for my query and chat then said a operator is about to enter chat and waited 30 mins and gave up ...I just want proof of purchase ? Any other way to make contact?

Please check your bank account details as it should show up on your account statement. Print that out as proof of purchase if your not able to get it from the company your purchased your products from. Also make sure from now on that they either print you out a copy before you leave the store or send one via text or email before you leave the store. I will never just walk out without a record of receipt.

Thanks for the reply sir I made my purchases online @ samsung and my email with the info has been deleted ....

Did you sign into your Samsung account when purchasing via the online store?

If yes, then you should be able to check your account on their site, find your order and save a copy of the invoice.

Yes I did ...I haven't been able to find the receipt there is a record of the purchase but not a receipt I will.check again thanks for the help
