My CU8000 TV shows that it does energy savings, but it's always showing zero no matter what
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi, how it shows is doing energy saving and then showing zero. Just asking because usually energy saving on TV just switch off LEDs and lower brightness after a certain period of inactivity of the customer,no interaction with the tv and switch off automatically after certain amount of time

If you deactivate energy saving from smart thing I suppose it doesn't affect the tv and vice versa

I suppose smart thing it doesn't fully have access to TV data but as long on the screen of the TV on the setting, you have it active is all fine.(I know isn't as funny as to see full statistics)
