TV & AudioHelp!!! My TV was purchased in 2013. I, too, have just noticed a horizontal line about one-third of the way down the screen from the top. Below the line the colourisation is also affected (see first pic). The line changes colour depending on the background (i.e. sometimes white, sometimes pink, sometimes green). I have undertaken the required Self Diagnosis/Picture Test and removed plugs and replaced them, but the problem still occurs. See pics attached. Not sure if I need to undertake an update as a last resort?

TV & AudioJust checking, by plugs do you mean HDMI cables?
Best case - these lines can be from faulty hdmi cables and by replacing cables, can fix this problem.
If the hdmi cables don't fix the issue, it might be an issue with the panel inside the TV. I had a similar issue occur with a monitor recently with a horizontal line like that. A service technician was able to fix this by replacing the panel (was a warrenty job) but given the age of the TV, it may cost similar (or more) to fix compared to purchasing another.
Could try and update but I suspect it may be a fault with the panel. Hoping the cables/update fixes the issue for you!
