Help!!! My TV was purchased in 2013. I, too, have just noticed a horizontal line about one-third of the way down the screen from the top. Below the line the colourisation is also affected (see first pic). The line changes colour depending on the background (i.e. sometimes white, sometimes pink, sometimes green). I have undertaken the required Self Diagnosis/Picture Test and removed plugs and replaced them, but the problem still occurs. See pics attached. Not sure if I need to undertake an update as a last resort?
