We purchased 7 business TVs of various sizes. One of the purposes is to regularly play a specific program via iView. How do I download the iView app? Trying to play iView via the browser doesn't work and isn't supported by ABC.

Does your business restrict loading apps, otherwise I would load the app. If using Samsung phone and the tvs are smart, look at casting from your phone or tablet. I haven't tried it but for more recent Samsung models I would look at Samsung Dex.

It concerns me that browser use is iffy. It might mean your business wi-fi is overloaded. If that is the case I would check whether cell tower download speed is better than the office wi-fi network for both casting or Dex, especially if between you you and your colleagues can test Optus, Telstra or Vodafone. Note you might find that either the browser or app offer lower download of image size. Not so good if using a large size tv.

Sorry I didn't pick up that you wantedvto actually download the iView app. Probably a couple of ways. One is to just Google it "download iView app" If your TV works like phone/tablet you might have to check settings to allow "install unknown apps" and check how you going to download it i.e. click on chrome in list. Otherwise easier, if you have access to Play Store just open Play Store and search for it. I haven't checked this, once found in browser, before opening, right click to see id the option to download app is given.

Try; Search on TV Menu.

My results said, ABC iView app.

Note: Samsung TV Plus / Home has on demand shows.
