Netflix freezes at 25%

my Netflix suddenly stopped working and now it will freeze at 25% loading on TV. 
I've tried resetting the TV and Netflix to no avail. Netflix works on my Samsung phone. 
I have no issues with my other subscriptions on TV. 
Anyone had this issue? Any ideas how to fix?

Hi I also have this issue on my QA55Q7FNA smart TV.  Never had any problems until a couple of weeks ago

I have the same issue on a Frame 55 UA55LS03N.  Stopped working a couple of weeks ago.  I was on phone with Netflix and they reset the app remotely, but hasnt resolved the issue so I assume it is an issue with Samsung software update.  I have tried everything, smarthub update, resetting wifi, logging in and out of account.  No luck.  Netflix works fine on all other devices, the issue is on the Netflix app on TV.  thanks!

I changed the network ID in the settings and it worked

I just put 0 (zero)
