Hi everyone, has anyone here been treated so badly by Samsung? is there a complaint procedure or is it just going to be fair trade/ombudsman? I have been through a lot of issue with Samsung and been waiting to have a new TV since April. Case manager couldnt care less and just want to get rid of the issue.

Just go through the government body for your issues as their customer service would just waste your time and make a complaint through them? Nothing is going to happen.

Nothing is going to happen if you go to the ACCC. They'll just advise you of your rights but won't take any legal action on your behalf. Your best bet is to find out the process for your state tribunal agency. You may have to write a formal letter of complaint before you proceed with further action as some states require this as last resort of remediation.
