TV & AudioI have a QA65Q80AAWXXY.
There is an app built into the tv called ‘PC on TV’.
To set up, I have downloaded ‘Easy Connection To Screen’ app on my PC.
When I start the app: ‘PC on TV - EasyConnection’ on my PC, it says “Currently waiting for the connection’’, but nothing happens…
I have logged in to the tv and pc with the same samsung account
They are both connected to the same wifi network.
But My pc is not displayed on the PC on TV Home screen.

SOLVED! DO NOT USE THE APP THROUGH THE TV - IT DOES NOT WORK!

On your PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth and other devices > Add Bluetooth or Other Device > Wireless Display or Dock > And select your TV from the list. You should get a confirmation on your tv to connect. Click Ok. Now your PC will be displayed on your TV.

TV & AudioI just wish Samsung developers would take this built-in app down, and the misguided help steps, so as to avoid other newcomers from getting a bum-steer like I did.

TV & AudioHad the exact same problem. App worked fine a couple 3 days & then, nada. Tried everything but no luck.
SOLVED by uninstalling & re-installing the PC on Screen Easy Connection.
Fingers crossed this tyme, the app holds.

I am not able to connect my laptop to M5 smart monitor in this way as well because my windows is 11 and monitor says this feature is available in windows 10 . Now what to do ?
