There is a download link for firmware on this link (from Samsung Australia site). Try proceeding with that at your own risk. Manual flashing can cause issues if not done correctly. Proceed with caution.
thanks for the reply, however I don't think you read my post correctly. I can't install this 1406.4 firmware because I've already have a temporary version 1409 which samsung put out before posting the final 1406.4 firmware version. Its all highlighted in the link in my post. However the samsung UK support was able to provide a correct update firmware for their tv model.
