I have a Samsung 65" Neo QLED QA65QN85BAWXXY that is only one month old.

I have audio running to Samsung soundbar via HDMI ARC on HDMI3. The other HDMI inputs have devices connected eg. Cable TV box, Android TV Box and PC.

After 1 month of perfect operation suddenly the audio started to have regular momentary dropouts and subsequenct audio sync problems no matter which input I use, and even using the native Samsung TV apps eg. Media player playing movie off USB on side of the TV.

Doing a full reset of the TV via the menu seems to have solved the problem - but nothing else prior to that would work.

I am thinking this is some sort of bug in the firmware of the unit given that a full reset solved the problem.

Anyone exxperienced this issue ? Or what is the best way to report this bug to Samsung to look into for future firware update ?

Hi, I'm having a similar problem with my 65" QN800B Neo QLED 8K Smart TV & HW-Q800B Q-Series Soundbar, right from instillation the HDMI ARC Q connect hasn't worked, I tried it with the HDMI cable it came with and a super expensive 8k cable as well, I did manage after many attempts and robots to get it to work but only until the next time I turned it on then wouldn't turn on again, I can only get it to work with Bluetooth, seems to be a definite issue with either the TV or the sound bar

I have recently bought a Samsung M7 monitor (LS43BM700UPXUF) and I have the same problem with it. I used two different Bluetooth speakers (Logitect & I-WAVE and both of them randomly and momentarily cut out during play. This happens only on apps (i.e., Disney+ or MUBI), but not on HDMI. Using Bluetooth speakers for HDMI sources works perfectly with no problem. It looks like a software/processor issue. I am using the latest firmware.

Can you escalate this to technical team?

Thanks!

K.

I have been experiencing a loss of signal as well with my Qn65qn850bf. Had it for a year and had one repair completed already. Now the tv losses signal from cable box and goes blank. There is a clicking sound coming from the back of tv. After a few minutes it comes back on. Hooked another tv  up to cable box and no problem. When i try to stream by wifi, tv still losses signal periodically.  Had cable company look at there equipment and no issues. This occurred after factory warranty expired. Good thing i bought extended warranty. Never had issues with samsung tv's till now.
