TV & AudioI purchased this tv in November 2020.
Initially the screen issues were minor and easily overlooked. However they have become increasingly worse and more noticeable and I have made friends and family sit through the device care checks and YouTube colour tests to confirm my concerns.
- Horizontal lines. They do not move or flicker
- white flickering line across very top of screen ( I was unable to capture it)
-- Significant 'shadow' swathe across screen
I understand I am currently outside the warranty period, but these issues began prior to the 12 months and are markedly and increasingly impacting my viewing. There is no way I would have paid for this TV if I had known that this would occur and get worse after less than a year.

TV & AudioHi @nf2, that's odd. For clarification, your device is a Q75A and not a 75" Q70A?
Please send through an email with the following details so that I may investigate further with our TV tech team:
Subject: SamsungLaura - (TV model)
Detail: Name, phone number, address, proof of purchase, model, serial number, any past service interaction number if applicable.

TV & AudioI bought the Samsung - 65" Class Q80A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV in February. It’s now 4 months later and I’m seeing banding as well. Can it be corrected or will Samsung provide a replacement?

TV & AudioHI @cblocher, thanks for reaching out. Could you send through an email with the details above with the addition of a photo of the TV issue, and your TV's compliance plate.
