Hi all,

I have just purchased a QN95B, and I am really struggling to understand where I could mount the one connect box?

I had brought the tv with the guidance from this page that the one connect box can be mounted behind the tv? - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062213/

Which states “The 2021 and 2022 8K QLED and 4k QLED One Connect box can be attached to the TV stand or the back of the TV if wall mounting the TV.”

Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I’m so close to returning this!

Thank you

I am having the same issue. I just received mine in the mail today after the first two orders were lost and damaged by UPS. On the little instruction manual it says that only the 65" should have the connect box mounted to the back of the tv when it is wall mounted.

I have also searched high and low and can not see how "..can be attached to the TV stand or the back of the TV if wall mounting the TV." can work, I have tried ringing Samsung technical support who referred me.

Please help....

Well I just bough the QN95B series (was not planning to get this one because of the One Connect box, was planning to buy the QN90B but it was not available) I got the same issue of this large Binder size box, my TV is mounted on a nice TV stand but still exact same issue of where to put this out of site. I had to improvise, nothing a good'Ol hardware store can provide (Homedepot, Lowes or Bauhaus in Turkey). here are few ideas:

1) Get that copper pipe supporting tape ( Copper Hanger Tape) make two nice big loops around the box and screw it to the wall behind the TV (crude but works)  No amount of Velcro will be good enough for long term support, it will dry up and fall (not a good idea)

2) I got me two large flat hooks, glue some thick foam inside (duct tape) so that it will be snug secure and use a zip tie to further secure it so that it does tip over. I added pics:

As long as its out of site, it does not have to be "Pretty", just secure and you can use something to cushion the sharp edges so that it does not scratch.
