Samsung Australia the most frustrating experience every time.

Ordered new 75 inch Frame TV on 26th January with delivery due on 10 Feb. As per their website, item is dispatched and on the way but no tracking details available.

I called 1300 362 603 and came to know that item is still at their NSW warehouse and I will get SMS when courier picks the item. it's now more than 10 days, no updates, nobody is available to pick the call, no one is responding to email reminders. 

Shall we file a petition in a court to get this Samsung Australia online store shut? When they can't even response to customer, how will they be able to service the products?

Same experience, they can't make a phone call in 5 weeks but process your payment same day. There tracking system is useless, phone calls to overseas call centre make promissed but no one in Samsung Australia gets back to you. Maybe they orded there phones from Samsung Australia online!

Even on today 11th March, I have no idea when the courier will pick the item from their warehouse. A very high chance that Samsung Australia is lying to customer. For last 2 and half months, they are unable to find any courier or transport company. JB, Harvey, Retravision all have their stocks in every store but Samsung Australia keep fooling the customers in the name of Covid.

Ashwin, I've never dealt with a more inept seller (of their own product no less). Purchase made early Feb, still no response. I was sent 'compensation' in the form of a spend $350 get $50 off promo code. What in insult for all that time spent following up with no resolution. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do - you can try consumer affairs and ACCC which I've done but have not heard back. Let this be a lesson. Always go through a reputable retailer for your goods.
