Has anyone het been bought a Samsung Q800B or Q800C soundbar and connected it to another brand TV and had problems as in can't get ARC connection to work. My dramas started over the weekend when I bought a new Samsung Q800B Soundbar with sub etc, went home, unboxed it and couldn't get connected it to my Hisense 55 inch OLED TV,used Samsung Smart Things app to set it up, connected HDMI ARC from TV to Soundbar. The setup went smooth and all good. My only problem is there seems to be some communication problem with the ARC connection from TV to Soundbar. And even if I go to the sound settings in my TV to change the output to ARC there is non. This gets more interesting, so decided to do some HDMI cable swapping, I unplugged the ARC HDMI and swapped it into HDMI 1 port than plugged the other into another port etc than swapped again and plugged the HDMI back into arc and guess what it worked but once I start again it doesn't, back to square one again. Haven't tried on my Panasonic 65 inch OLED yet 😄 so I'm still trying to nut this out
