Hi @Spanner, that's odd. While the TV is new, there could have been an update released while it was in storage. Are you able to check the following to see if everything is up-to date:

Update app:

1. Press Smart Hub Key, navigate to Featured and select.

Note: Apps that have an update available are indicated with a small white arrow on a blue background. E.g. Chili.

2. Navigate to the App that requires updating, press and hold the Enter key until the Sub Menu appears.

3. Navigate to Update Apps > Select all > Update.

If the app is already up-to-date, I would suggest following these troubleshooting steps to update your TV software, and cold reboot.

Let me know if you need any additional help. :)

I have been watching a tv series on sbs on demand. I turned the tv off. When I try and go back to sbs on demand, the rotating circular image just goes round and round and cannot navigate anywhere. I checked for updates and my tv is up to date. Everything else is working. My tv is a 2022 8k model.

I have exact same problem. Doesn’t happen with any other app, Netflix or Stan. I actually went back to shop where I bought tv because I thought I was doing something wrong when I hooked into SBS.  The technician at JB Hi Fi said it has something to do with SBS transmission. He suggested deleting the app and reinstalling which does work. However it has happened again. It is frustrating!!

I can confirm I have a similar issue on my UA40KU6000W. I have tried updating the TV software and reinstalling the SBS Ondemand app. I have also tried using wired network connection as well as wireless. The issue doesn't occur on my other TV (which is an LG) or any other streaming app (Netflix etc).

I get the following symptoms. The SBS Ondemand stream halts from time to time and I have to press return and restart from within the app. When a program finishes and tries to launch the next I just get spinning wheel and need to exit the app entirely.
