Hi There

Today my 6 month old TV came off our wall. The wall mounted brackets are still on the wall and secure.I think the TV mounted bracket is the issue.

The TV screen is badly damaged and unrepairable.

My baby girl was only a couple of meters away and got a big fright.

Does anybody know of any recalls on these TV’s?

apparently there has been lots of TV’s falling

Hi Laura

I have called up the customer care and gave all my details.

One guy reckons it was a bad install.

The guy that called up the next day reckons I just dropped it.

Im a Electrician and have installed lot of tv’s and there’s definitely a design fault.

They offered to send out a technician to check the tv out but I have to pay all costs.

They seem to be more concerned about covering there own arse rather than peoples safety. My child could of been killed!

Im expecting another phone call tomorrow from a technician.I’m guessing he’ll use the same tactics as the other pair.

There have been lots of reports of these TV’s falling online.

I won’t have another Samsung product in my home again.

Sounds like someone didn't read the install instructions properly and didn't mount it securely! You live and you learn mate!

The instructions where read and installation videos watched Mate!

It has been confirmed by a technician that it was mounted correctly. It should be impossible for it to come down once mounted securely but that’s not the case.

Without seeing the install that’s a bit of a **bleep** comment mate!

I installed a TV for a friend (I also have installed hundreds of TVs) I had an integration firm. I have never had a TV fall off the bracket or had the bracket fall off the wall. The brackets on his TV were still on the wall and the "Frame" bracket on the TV spun 90-degrees (noticeable by the scratches). The 65" Frame TV fell to the ground. This is very odd!!!

We have a 50" that fell off the mounting bracket this past weekend. We picked it up off the ground & set it right back in. So, it wasn't an issue with anchors or anything. (That's why you see the cord dangling in one pic) Did you ever hear anything back?IMG_1158.jpgIMG_1155.jpgIMG_1156.jpgIMG_1153.jpg
