Bought new OLED TV (55" QA55S90CAWXXY) late last year. Currently having intermittent issues where timeshift is not available. This means no record, pause, fast forward, etc which are important to the way we use our TV. Issue is definitely increasing in duration and frequency, to the point it's now more not working than working. Spoke to Samsung Level 1 support at least 10 times and also got through to Level 2. Twice had a service technician here. First he replaced main board, second time just scratched his head. We have tried multiple USB sticks of sufficient capacity and have tried different remotes, so that is not the issue. Factory resets fix in the short term but the issue returns.
Samsungs latest suggestion after we requested a refund is that there is nothing wrong with the TV but it's a reception issue so our responsibilty. To me that does not sound logical - that the aerial reception can impact timeshift.
Any suggestions or comments?

Is a common problem for the televisions reading around for this one and seems is the timeshift file saved on your usb it get corrupted and don't let it work not the tv show record file, plus ,that just from memory from older system of timeshifting there was some sort of block to do it with some TV show movie or event because not allowed to be timeshifted or recorded at the source from the broadcaster and yes obviously the weak signal which i discovered from a technician of a famous European broadcaster basically the signal and quality if one of the two it falls just of 30% for the broadcaster I'd considered bad/weak signal and some channel not gonna work.
