WearablesI have The same issue. I got my buds3 pro they had 84% charge I started to use them. I put them in the case every night using sporadically. Eventually the Left one died, followed by the right one. I put them in the case and when I open it up both the LEDs lit up, but I just don't take charge.
Now the case looks like it's full, but neither the left or the right seem to want to take a charge. While they work they sounded amazing, and I was really enjoying. Now I can't seem to get them to work anymore they won't charge. I hope I don't have to take them back and that there's a way to reset them as I already sent back my other pair as a part exchange.

WearablesYea, same problem, they have started to replace cases with the faulty pins. Hopefully it solves the problem. Came to fetch and mine and the was a man on the desk with literally the same problem asking for a fix.

WearablesI've already replaced in warranty the buds. The new one start with the same problem, after 2 weeks..
A message suggesting to check the case battery or if the tips are clean... The right bud doesn't charge... Very frustrating
