Buds 3 pro charging issues

Everytime I put my left esrbud in the case, it doesn't charge, it's like the case doesn't even know it's in there. Any fix?

Hi, I would suggest using a dry microfiber cloth to clean the buds charging terminal and the charging case terminal as well. It might be due to dirt collection, which blocks off the contact between ur buds charging terminal and the charging case terminal.
