Recently,  I have reset my Galaxy Watch 4. However,  after resetting it, I can't find Assistant in the Play store app on my watch. I have been trying to search  going to the 'my apps' page and still couldn't find it. I tried to use my phone yo download it on the play store but it says the app is not available in my country. (I am in Australia )Anyone know why and how to deal with it ?

Is the watch an overseas variant?

Hey @alphoto, where did you purchase the watch from? Could you also confirm whether your software is up to date?

Thanks @alphoto, in that case, I suggest sending an error repot via the Galaxy Wearable app for this to be looked into.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

@alphoto, try searching for Assistant on the watch play store.

Otherwise, do the same search on the phone, but from the results screen, tap where it says this device and select your watch instead.
