Wearables
Hi,
I recently bought the Samsung earbuds but stopped wearing them and went back to the plug-in earphones. The reason was my eardrums started to feel hot and inflamed.
I did some research about Bluetooth and found the frequencies were the category of microwaves. I looked up online and found microwaves can accumulate and create micro hotspots.
With Bluetooth I started to think the radiation is not so high but these hotspots may still cook only a few cells at a time making it relatively unnoticeable.
I also am cautious about new 5G technology which I found has even higher frequency microwaves.
Thanks,
Joshua89

WearablesHi @Joshua89, I am sorry to hear that. There have been a few cases where customers had sore ears as a result of ill-fitting buds putting pressure on the ear or the buds being worn incorrectly.
If you still have the buds, one suggestion I have would be to use the smallest ear tips and seeing if that helps.

Wearables
Hi Laura, I still have them. I looked for the spare ear tips but I must have thrown them away. I only recently started using the buds more on my way to and from work and in the evenings. I really liked these buds, but as soon as I decided to switch back to the plug-in earphones I felt my ears were healing. I read online absorption of frequencies is monitored by SAR level, but I think absorption does not accurately encompass the vibration of water molecules and the cumulative effect. And this absorption measurement started with radio waves and absorption of radio waves is through and through. Thanks, Joshua89
