WearablesHas anyone got a solution to this problem? I contacted Samsung support and was bounced around several times with no solution. Neither SOS or Fall Detection are working

WearablesIt simply doesn't work and Samsung simply don't care.
They will tell you it's not a safety device so they have no obligation to make the fall detection work and will not stop advertising it.
I do think it's something that the market needs to know as it's an expensive mistake if you actually buy it, as I did, because of the fall monitor.

WearablesHi @LeoneM, I am sorry to hear the feature is not working on your device. I suggest sending an error report for this to be looked into further.
To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:
- Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
- In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
- Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
- Click send.

WearablesHi, my case is the opposite (better situation): it did send a false alarm to all my friends this morning. It seems the watch detected a fall when I took it off to take my morning shower. I did hear it ringing for maybe 30 second with a sound I had not heard before, then another more alarming ringing for another 30 sec maybe. But I need more than a minute to take a shower. It just stopped by itself before I was out and I did not pay attention until a friend started to slam at my door....

WearablesHey @aymelis
Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

WearablesMy watch4 falsely alerted me while I was in bed and then 5 or 6 times while I was seated in a quiet music performance. Luckily I caught it quickly but I turned the feature off.
The Contact Us feature is garbage too. It sends me to Settings for Location access... Which is already enabled. No way to bypass this loop.

WearablesI repeatedly get false notifications, usually triggered by a loud, deep sound from amplified mics, like at a concert, sports event, etc. However, a few weeks ago I did actually fall, quite hard, and there was no fall detected. Usually I just click the "I didn't fall" option, but last night at a sporting event I realized the SOS feature was activated, my people were being notified, and luckily I was able to answer the call I received and let them know I was fine. It is too bad emergency services are being troubled with these false notifications. This routine is very annoying, to say the least, and I can only surmise that the Samsung fall detection system is no good. Anybody know a system that actually works. BTW I went to the Error Reports in the Wearable app and it says I need to allow permissions to make a report, but doesn't say which permission. All of them?
