WearablesHello,
first of all, i have no problem pairing the Buds with my S23 Ultra.
I try to pair them with my W10 PC as well. Im able to do so while earbuds are in case (opened). In Bluetooth devices, its says theyre connected for Voice/music.
After i put the buds to my ears, sound manager shows the Buds but no sound.
After a while (max 30secs), the Buds are disconnected automatically and pairing is lost. I need to put them back to the case and repeat pairing mode.
Its like theyre paired only when in case, outside case they keep disconnect themselves.
Drivers are up-to-date.

WearablesHi Mekac! First thing that came to my mind is maybe your Buds2 Pro are still trying to connect to your phone - is Bluetooth on your phone still on? If this isn't the case, you can try this: wear your Buds and long press on both sides until you hear three beeps to enter pairing mode then scan for your device. 😊 Let me know if this works!

WearablesIts just strange..
The pairing works. The control panel shows them. No sound though. They are set as default device. After while they disconnect and i need to pair them again (connection via Bluetooth control panel or Buds app doesnt work).
Ive turned off the phone so it doesnt interfere with connection. No luck. Reseted Buds via app.. again doesnt help at all.
I removed bluetooth driver from the computer (reinstalled) .. still the same.
Ive X470 AORUS GAMING 7 WIFI as mobo .. everything up-to-date ..
Ive run dism, sfccheck .. i feel I am advanced user so no obvious suggestion will propably help at all .. this is something else

WearablesHi again, Mekac! I see... Have you tried using it with a different PC/laptop? If it still doesn't work with another Windows device, then it could be a Windows problem.

WearablesHey Mekac,
Here's a take: what if your Buds can't reach your Bluetooth transmitter?
Hear me out.
I'm not sure if the X470 AORUS has its bluetooth transmitter within the board itself, but if it does, that might be the problem. The transmitter might be working, but the signal may be really weak due to the motherboard being inside the case.
As you know, having a transmitter inside a PC case makes it prone to interference. I would suggest trying out an external bluetooth transmitter - if you can, place it next to you on your desk - and pair your buds from there. This will help us eliminate the issue of your motherboard's stock bluetooth transmitter.
