Good morning to all the community. I'm considering buying the Buds 2 pro but I don't use a Samsung phone. Butete wrote that still you can benefit from all the pluses of the Buds 2 pro even without a samsung phone but I can't find his post. Can you help me? Best regards Riccardo
We are happy that you wanted to experience our Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. However, we are not in the position to guarantee that it will be compatible or that it will work harmoniously with other brands of mobile devices other than Samsung phones.
why the hell i paid for the whole ear phone right, I need try every feature, This is unacceptable, considering I'm not using the features give me back some amount of money to me.
Thank's to all for the answer, as I read, with a non samsung device, i will loose the double connection, I woul use the buds 2 pro for Pc and mobile. In few words, is worth to use it with non samsun ecosystem, or choose Pixel Buds PRO?
You can definitely use the Buds2 Pro with Non-Samsung devices but you cannot maximize its potential. For example, you can't utilize the Samsung Seamless Codec for Bluetooth audio since it is only exclusive with Samsung devices. You'll be locked out only at aac or worse, SBC.
