I just recently found out that my Galaxy Buds which I bought in 2020, cannot go into pairing mode. Anyone can help?

There might be a few things you could do:
- Restarting / resetting Bluetooth connection;
- Update both the Galaxy wearable app & your device to the latest version;
- Resetting the earbuds;
If all else fails, do get it checked at your nearest service centre, and log a report on the Samsung Members' app.
