Galaxy Buds Live Won't Work

Recently, I went to one of the telco in Singapore for buying a new phone for my dad, and got a free Galaxy Buds Live. When arrived at home and have set up the Buds on my dad's Galaxy A54, I noticed in the app that only the left bud and its charging were the only one charging, not the right bud. Could it be the right bud's battery is dead?

Please advise. Thank you.

Yeah looks like ur assumption is correction. Anyway, since it's still under warranty, let the Samsung team inspect it. If the bud is indeed faulty, they will likely replace that specific bud.

Hi there. Right bud is charging, but does not show any percentage on the app nor does it detect the right bud.

Already did that, reset the buds. Still only left bud is detected

I suspect the battery of the right bud is dead.
