Just wanted to say these are a total waste of money. Granted I bought them in Nov 2021 and only started to used them last week....left bud unable to charge or connect. Brought it down to Samsung Singapore...they wanted to charge me sgd144 to replace the left bud. Thanks but no thanks....Will be buying a pair of airpods.
Hi, most likely the lithium battery inside your left bud could have died, after not charging for about a year. As there is no on/off button for ur earbuds, the battery could have been completely depleted for 1 year plus already. So this is so unlike phone, where keeping the phone charged at 50%, turning off the phone and keeping it turned off for 1 year, the phone's battery should still have some juice left.
