Ring will not reconnect with s24 ultra, been working good for last month or so, disconnected by self today. Tried reporting, reset then repaired, charged fully, still not connecting, wareable app, will not find ring, S24 Ultra, also Tried on S23 Ultra, and S20+ none will find it, any hints or contact support. Thanks

Try placing the ring in its charging case, then press and hold the button for seven or so seconds.
This should initiate the pairing process.

You could try opening Bluetooth and seeing if it still shows as paired, if yes, delete it.
Also try deleting the Ring from the Wearable app.,
Then try the above process again.

Thanks for the help, was sent to service center in Brisbane. Ring and case were replaced, received back Monday seems to be ok.
