i have a galaxy watch6, and I would like to know if I should charge it to 80% then take it off and charge it when it goes down to 20.
also, is there any way to limit the charging to 80% if i should follow the rule?

I don't know the watch interface but if you go to Settings, scroll to Battery, and search there you should find you can set it to either 80 or 85, depending on the device and it then stops charging when you reach that level. I set my phone to 15 to 80, no special reason for choosing 15.

As I said, I am not familiar with the watch settings. However I am hopeful that there is such a setting, so I suggest Googling something like "how do I set my Samsung watch battery limit to 80%"
