Samsung again failed to fix overheating issues in their LTE watches. Once you are not connected with your phone and you use a watch for making calls or data over LTE its start overheating within a minute of using it. Being a loyal Samsung customer it is my painful duty to inform the Samsung team that I am very disappointed to see this overheating issue has not been resolved since Watch Active 2 LTE Launch. It is almost 3 years now since people complaining about overheating issues around the globe. What are you guys waiting for?

Why is Samsung keeping their Customer in Dark, If they can't fix overheating Issue in LTE Watches then please stop launching them?

I hope Samsung will look into this matter urgently and fix the issue asap.

Thanks

Strange, never had that issue with the Galaxy Watch3.
However, seeing many reports of this on the watch4 classic.

I can't test it yet, as Optus still hasn't worked out why number share isn't working for my new watch.

Out of curiosity, have you installed the update for the watch?
I also noticed a new update rolling out at the moment as well.

Hi @ss19v8, thanks for reaching out. As Dolgogi has mentioned below, please check for software updates on both your Watch4 and mobile device. If this has been done, and the issue persists, please send through an error report to our team for further investigation.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.
