Galaxy watch 4 not water resistant.

Haizzz got lemon unit from samsung. First repair say motherboard die, second repair say water go in, User problem. So guys carefull of your watch. Your watch is not even water resistant. Kena bully by samseng again..🤢

Galaxy watch 4? I saw many issue related to watch 4 too on reddit, sad to know this year's quality control, maybe their mass production causing it.

Nole the quality issue all the while there. The difference now is how the handle the case by case quality issues. All take mco as excuse and say user problem. Then case close. No solution for user. They have very bad afterservice now. Haiz... disappointed and sad man.. brand new watch, not even 1 month of wear dead already. 2FRIGGIN times samo.

I understand your feeling man, as the watch is pretty expensive too, I hope you able to get to them again, try to ask another service center, tell them is their technician's problem for not sealing your watch well, which causes your watch not water resistance anymore, gather all the info, report them back as a consumer. 🙂 that's what you can do right now, I understand that, with all the saving just to buy the watch, and it just spoil not even using it for a year. That feeling 😤

Haiz nomore samsung phones and wearable next gen onwards for me. They didn't even settle the wrong watch preorder for my case yet. Now the watch dead d.

You always need to read their warnings, which is written very small sometimes, I don't like this kind of hidden things too. Hope they can do better job at service rather than giving excuses. If you are honest to yourself that you didn't put the watch in the water more than 30 mins and 1.5m deep, try to argue that with them, we have customer rights too!!

Nole just water rinse daily after wear. Been doing it for 3years on my first gen galaxy watch. Still ok and working fine till today. The new watch 4 dead already.. i barely wore it cause i still like my gwatch

Setahu saya, warranti mmg takkan cover jika berpunca dari air. Mana2 brand pun akan ckp perkara yg sama.

Soalan aku, bagaimana air tu masuk. Kali pertama bukan masalah masuk air. Mobo rosak. Kali kedua dia cakap air masuk. Betul ka dia seal balik jam ikut procedure yang betui pertama kali buka jam tu. Dia tak cakap pun lepas tukar mobo dah jam tu tak boleh kalis air dah. Ko faham tak water resistant dengan waterproof.
